Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment up to 4 hours in advance via our app or website.
If you need to cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, please call us directly at 01803 431411.
Missed appointments (No-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee. A payment link will be sent to your phone after you are notified of the missed appointment.
Failure to pay for missed appointments may result in account deactivation.
